Hand Held Numbering Heads

Our hand held, manual change numbering heads are typically used for lower volume marking requirements. The wheels are manually advanced with a spanner wrench and provide accurate and permanent marking. The same character sequence is retained after each impression is made unless changed by the operator with a spanner wrench. They provide an ideal solution for stamping repetitive sequences such as product codes, part numbers, serial numbers, etc.

Our hand held numbering heads are available in a variety of different styles and configurations for both numbering and lettering depending on your application.

We also offer a Rotary Date Stamp for when a month and year code is required.

• Our rotary date stamp is used when a month adn year code are required. Utilizing a large hand shank with two independently movable character wheels, a quick, efficient means of date coding is achieved. One wheel is engraved with the numbers 1 to 12, the other is engraved with your choice of six 2-digit year codes. Replacement wheels are available for future years.
• Only available in 3/16" characters.

• Our rotary stamps provide a more efficient means of stamping individual characters, eliminating the need for multiple hand stamps.
• Available with either a hand shank or 1/2" round press style shank.
• 12-character Figure wheels (1 thru 0, X and - dash).
• 14-character Letter wheels (A thru M and &) and (N thru Z and - dash).
• Available Character Sizes: 1/16”, 3/32”, 1/8”, 5/32”, 3/16”, 1/4”, 5/16” and 3/8”.
